Returns and Refunds

Refund scenario:
You can submit a refund request within 30 days of order completion. Please note that only one dispute can be raised per order.

Return Policy
Shopping for yourself should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

After we receive the product, we will refund the money to your original payment method.

Kovidashop does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.

Refund process:
To request a refund, please send an email to salesmanager@sheyay.com and indicate your order number in the subject line and explain the reason for the refund request in the email. We will respond within 24 hours after the consumer sends the email (except weekends)

  1.  If it is a product quality problem, customers need to take photos or record small videos and then email us: salesmanager@sheyay.com. We support resending new products or a full refund. The resending time of the new product is the same as the normal delivery time. The full refund will be returned to the customer within 3 business days.
  2. If the product described does not match the actual situation, please contact us for the original postal address. Products returned due to discrepancies in description will not charge any fees to consumers.
All costs (including freight, etc.) caused by quality problems are borne by us

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
